Medical Process for International Patients

• Step 1: Make an appointment in advance. International patients can make appointments through three official channels. For patients who come to the hospital directly, on-site same-day registration is available at the nurse station if there are remaining slots.
• Step 2: On-site registration and check-in. After arriving at the hospital, patients shall present their valid passport at the reception desk of the International Medical Services to complete identity verification, registration and fee settlement procedures, and obtain the exclusive patient ID. Dedicated medical coordinators will be arranged to connect the whole diagnosis and treatment process.
• Step 3: Consultation and examination. Under the guidance of the medical coordinator, patients will attend the specialist consultation, and complete corresponding laboratory tests, imaging examinations or treatment items as prescribed by the doctor.
