Core Tour Highlights

Why Choose This Program?

Tailored for middle and high school students who love natural science, geography, biology and outdoor exploration, this program adapts to students with basic to intermediate English proficiency. Different from traditional cultural study tours, it focuses entirely on natural education and field scientific research. With low-difficulty gentle hiking routes, professional English ecological explanation and standardized experimental courses, it helps students cultivate scientific observation thinking and environmental awareness while gaining rich practical experience.

Itinerary:

Day 1: Xi'an → Qinling | Zhuque National Forest Park Outdoor Research

Travel to Zhuque National Forest Park, a core ecological scenic area of the Qinling Mountains. After entering the scenic spot, you will receive professional English guidance to learn the geological characteristics of the Qinling Mountains and its significance as China's north-south geographical boundary. In the afternoon, complete a gentle 2-kilometer outdoor hiking route, observe the vertical distribution of mountain vegetation changes with altitude, and conduct standardized and legal plant specimen collection. Stay in a clean and safe mountain homestay at the foot of the Qinling Mountains for the night, with complete supporting facilities and western-style breakfast provided.
Learning Harvest: Master the basic geographical knowledge of the Qinling dividing line, understand the vertical distribution law of vegetation, and learn standard plant specimen collection methods.

Day 2: Rare Wildlife Exploration | Qinling Four Treasures Science Park

Head to Qinling Four Treasures Science Park in the morning. Get close observation of the four iconic rare species of the Qinling Mountains: giant pandas, golden snub-nosed monkeys, crested ibises and takins, and learn about their living habits and protection status. In the afternoon, attend a professional English animal conservation lecture to systematically understand China's wild animal protection system and ecological restoration achievements. Return to downtown Xi'an for rest in the evening.
Learning Harvest: Recognize the characteristics and living environment of rare wild animals, establish ecological protection awareness, and understand the significance of biodiversity conservation.

Day 3: Geological Research | Cuihua Mountain Landslide Landscape

Visit Cuihua Mountain, a famous world geopark featuring unique landslide geological relics. In the morning, under English professional explanation, observe classic geological wonders such as Tianchi Lake and giant stone array, and learn the formation principles of glacial and earthquake landslide landforms. In the afternoon, conduct hands-on geological experiments including rock classification and mineral identification to master basic geological investigation skills. Experience Tianchi Lake boating to feel the integration of natural landscape and geological features. Return to downtown Xi'an for rest in the evening.
Learning Harvest: Understand the formation mechanism of Qinling landslide landforms, master basic rock identification methods, and enrich geological science cognition.

Day 4: Urban Ecology Summary & Departure

In the morning, visit Xi'an Urban Planning Exhibition Hall to learn about the interdependent relationship between the Qinling ecological belt and Xi'an urban construction, and understand the practical application of urban ecological protection and sustainable development. Complete the sorting and summary of Qinling ecological research notes and specimen works. After a special farewell lunch, we provide exclusive airport drop-off service. All participants will receive an official PandaStudyTour study certificate.
