Day 1: Taiyuan → Pingyao Ancient City (Approx. 30min by High-Speed Rail)
Upon your arrival in Taiyuan, PandaStudyTour will arrange your transfer to Pingyao Ancient City by high-speed rail (30 minutes). In the morning, stroll along the Ming and Qing Old Street, where the ancient shops and stone slabs record the prosperity of the past; climb Heilong Temple, the commanding height of Qikou, to overlook the magnificent Yellow River and the entire ancient town, with the surging river and the ancient dwellings forming a stunning picture.
