China Sister School Partnership

PandaStudyTour's China Sister School Partnership is split into two core modules: China Sister School Partnership Service and China Sister School Exchange Tours. Beyond one-off study trips, we help your school find, vet and formally pair with suitable Chinese partner schools, establish sustainable long-term collaboration frameworks, and design tailor-made on-site immersion exchange tours. All exchange itineraries are flexible in length, aligned with your school calendar, curriculum priorities and budget, featuring buddy pairing, classroom shadowing, joint student projects and teacher professional exchange.

China Sister School Partnership FAQs

Q1. What is the difference between the Partnership Service and the Exchange Tours inside this programme?
+

The Partnership Service focuses on long-term school linkage foundation work: matching your school with suitable Chinese schools, drafting sister-school MOU, supporting online pre-exchange activities, teacher virtual workshops and ongoing annual collaboration planning. The Exchange Tours are the on-site immersion trips that happen after the partnership is established, including student buddy matching, classroom shadowing, cultural field study, joint project presentation and closing ceremony. The exchange tour is one activity form of the whole partnership.

Q2. Can we start with only the exchange tour first, without signing a formal sister-school partnership immediately?
+

Yes. Many schools choose to run a short exchange tour as a trial visit first. We can arrange a trial immersion trip for your group, so teachers and students can meet the Chinese school face to face. If both sides are happy after the trial, we then move forward to formal sister-school signing and long-term partnership setup. There is no mandatory requirement to sign the partnership before a tour.

Q3. How flexible are the exchange tour durations?
+

Our exchange tours are not fixed to a set number of days. We customise the schedule from 4 to 10 days, matching your school term, holiday window, learning goals and budget. We can reduce sightseeing days to focus more on in-school lessons, or extend the programme to add homestay nights, extra workshops and cross-city visits.

Q4. What support will you provide for teachers during the partnership?
+

We provide end-to-end teacher support: partner school screening and introduction, coordination of online teacher seminars, demo lesson observation, curriculum sharing, MOU drafting assistance, visa invitation documents, on-site academic exchange arrangement, and post-tour follow-up for reciprocal visits. Our bilingual project coordinators stay in touch with both schools throughout the whole academic year.

Q5. Which Chinese cities are available for sister-school matching and exchange tours?
+
We have verified partner school resources in Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Xi'an. Each city carries its own distinctive educational and cultural themes. You may select your preferred city, curriculum focus (STEM, history, art, conservation, Mandarin immersion) and student age group, and we will recommend suitable Chinese schools for your consideration.
