School Visits and Communicate with Chinese teachers & students
Teachers and students will take the culture travel to China while enjoy the amazing experience of visiting a secondary school in Shanghai, the largest city of China. The visit by the teachers and students is the part of the school's focus on developing international relationships and widening the cultural experiences of its pupils. The partnership with the Chinese school will benefit both sides through the sharing of expertise and practice, as well as providing opportunities for students and teachers to experience vastly different cultures.
The school visit and the discussion will be between the teachers and the students from the selected local school. This is possible to do whilst the visiting students and local students do some work together with the visiting teachers present as well as the local teachers. The program will focus on the lifestyle differences between the Chinese and Foreign culture, and working with problems concerning various topics i.e. Environment and health.
We intent to teach the students of the cultural and environmental differences there is and we believe that such kinds of study trip will be a great supplement to the lectures the students have received beforehand, and enriches their view on predicaments on a global scale.
Beside of the local school visit and exchange communications with Chinese teachers and students, the visiting teachers and students will also have the opportunity to visit Beijing to experience the wonderful architecture, both old and new, and see some amazing places of historical and cultural interest including the Forbidden City and Great Wall of China; then they will board on the CRH High speed train from Beijing to Shanghai, the largest city of China and the symbol of the modern China.
Besides of the sightseeing to the Oriental Pearl Tower, the water town and the Gardens on the list of the World Heritage sites, the teachers and students will spend time in a local school, observing, joining and possibly delivering lessons whilst experiencing Chinese culture with new eyes.
