Itinerary:

Day 1 First Impressions of the Magic City

Upon arrival in Shanghai, check in to your accommodation in the Bund or Lujiazui area. In the afternoon, stroll along the Bund to admire the historic Western-style buildings and learn about Shanghai's opening-up history. As dusk falls, visit the observation deck of either the Oriental Pearl Tower or Shanghai Tower to overlook the spectacular city skyline. In the evening, you can watch the Bund light show from 19:00 to 22:00 to fully experience the charm of modern Shanghai.

Day 2 Fairy Tale Kingdom

Spend the full day at Shanghai Disneyland. It is recommended to purchase early entry privileges to enter the park ahead of crowds and enjoy popular rides such as Soaring Over the Horizon, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. Don't miss the world-exclusive Zootopia section, which opened in late 2023. End the magical day with the famous evening fireworks display before returning to your hotel.

Day 3 Old Shanghai Charm

In the morning, visit Yu Garden and Chenghuangmiao to experience traditional Shanghai street life, taste local snacks including Nanxiang xiaolongbao, and let children feed koi near the picturesque Nine-turn Bridge. In the afternoon, wander through Tianzifang art district to browse creative shops and unique boutiques. In the evening, explore Xintiandi's shikumen buildings, where Eastern and Western architectural styles blend beautifully.

Day 4 Journey to Suzhou

Take a high-speed train to Suzhou in the morning, with the journey taking only about 30 minutes. Check in to a accommodation near Pingjiang Road to experience peaceful water town living. In the afternoon, take an in-depth tour of the Humble Administrator's Garden, one of China's four most famous classical gardens, with professional guiding to understand the delicate design and cultural meaning of traditional Chinese landscaping.

Day 5 Jiangnan Water Alleys

In the morning, walk along Pingjiang Road Historical Block to enjoy the classic Jiangnan layout of rivers and streets running side by side. You may also enjoy Suzhou pingtan storytelling or join a Suzhou embroidery workshop for a hands-on experience. In the afternoon, visit Suzhou Museum, a masterpiece designed by I.M. Pei, where the architecture itself is as impressive as the collections inside.

Day 6 Departure

In the morning, depending on your flight schedule, you may visit Tiger Hill or Lingering Garden for additional garden scenery. At noon, enjoy authentic Suzhou dishes such as squirrel-shaped mandarin fish and eel with garlic sauce. In the afternoon, depart from Suzhou or Shanghai for your return journey.
