08:00 Meet in Xihai Town, altitude acclimatization briefing, equipment check
08:30–12:30 Cycle along East Ring Road to Jinsha Bay, where desert meets the lake
12:30–14:00 Lunch with local plateau specialties: yak meat, Tibetan pork, noodles
14:00–18:00 Continue to Heimahe and enjoy lakeside sunset photography

Day 2 Heimahe → Bird Island → Gangcha
