This 6-day geology & ethnic culture camp uses Changsha Huanghua Airport as inbound gateway. Students take high-speed train from Changsha to Zhangjiajie World Geopark. They explore the unique quartz sandstone peak forest (the inspiration of Avatar floating mountains), hike mountain trails, visit Tujia villages and join Tujia brocade non-heritage workshops. The program focuses on earth science, ecology and mountain minority culture.
