PandaStudyTour's Chinese Mandarin Summer Camp is a fully customizable language immersion program designed for international young learners, teens and student groups who want to learn Mandarin in authentic local environments. We do not use one fixed camp template for everyone; we build every camp plan according to your group's age, Mandarin proficiency, learning targets, group size, preferred cities and travel duration.
Our Mandarin teaching adopts small-group level-based classes. Before the camp starts, we carry out simple language assessments to divide students into beginner, elementary and intermediate classes. Native professional Mandarin teachers deliver lively, practical lessons focusing on pronunciation, tones, daily conversation, simple character recognition and listening practice. Instead of heavy textbook drills, we use role-plays, games, market shopping tasks and interactive activities to help students speak Mandarin confidently in real-life scenarios.
Every camp can be freely combined with cultural workshops and field trips. You can select activities such as calligraphy, paper cutting, tea ceremony, Chinese cooking, kung fu, embroidery, mask painting and traditional handicraft making. For field trips, pick cities from Chengdu, Xi'an, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Luoyang and Guilin. Visits to cultural sites, museums, nature landscapes and local markets create natural opportunities for students to practice Mandarin outside the classroom. We can also add campus exchange sessions with local Chinese students, letting campers chat and practice Mandarin face to face.
We support flexible program themes and durations. You can choose a pure Mandarin intensive camp, or a mixed language + cultural study tour camp. Program lengths range from 7 days short immersion to 2 or 3 weeks full summer camp. Optional HSK guidance and mock exams are available for students who want to prepare for official Chinese proficiency tests.
PandaStudyTour takes care of all operational details for your custom Mandarin summer camp: visa invitation support, airport transfer, safe accommodation, daily meals, bilingual camp leaders, 24-hour emergency support, teaching materials, workshop supplies and all scheduled entry tickets. We accept individual applicants and school group bookings, and we can adjust the daily schedule, lesson hours and activity intensity to fit your group's needs.
