This 5-day cultural experience camp breaks the single impression of Shanghai as a modern metropolis, leading international students to explore the hidden ancient water towns, classical gardens and traditional intangible cultural heritage of Shanghai. Students will visit ancient water town architectural clusters, experience traditional silk culture and Jiangnan garden aesthetics, participate in classic southern Chinese handicraft workshops, and match with traditional culture-themed Mandarin courses. The program enables students to feel the unique integration of ancient Jiangnan culture and modern urban civilization, and obtain elegant and distinctive traditional cultural immersion experience.
