Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival → Bell Tower & Drum Tower → Ancient City Wall → The Muslim Quarter

Upon your arrival in Xi'an, PandaStudyTour will arrange airport/station pick-up and take you to your hotel near Bell Tower or Yongning Gate. After checking in and resting, you will visit the Bell Tower and Drum Tower with a combined ticket of 50 yuan. Climb the towers to overlook Xi'an's central axis and admire the exquisite details of Ming and Qing Dynasty architecture; English audio guides are provided for you to better understand their history. In the late afternoon, head to the Xi'an Ancient City Wall and board at Yongning Gate. Rent a single bicycle and ride 5-8 kilometers from South Gate to East Gate and back to South Gate—this easy ride allows you to enjoy the panoramic view of the ancient city, and the evening light is perfect for taking stunning photos. In the evening, explore The Muslim Quarter and Gaojia Courtyard: taste authentic local delicacies such as Roujiamo, Yangrou Paomo, Liangpi, Zenggao, and pomegranate juice (Halal-friendly, please respect local customs), and watch shadow puppetry or Qinqiang opera fragments with English introductions.

Day 2: Emperor Qinshihuang's Mausoleum Site Museum → Huaqing Palace → "The Everlasting Regret"

Start your day with a departure from the hotel in the morning. You will visit Emperor Qinshihuang's Mausoleum Site Museum, one of the world's most famous cultural heritage sites. Focus on Pit 1 (the largest in scale), Pit 2 (with the most complete types of arms), and the Bronze Chariot and Horse Exhibition Hall (a national treasure). An official English guide is a must—without a guide, you will miss most of the historical stories behind these relics. After lunch in Lintong, spend the afternoon exploring Huaqing Palace, a former imperial garden of the Tang Dynasty. Visit the Tang Imperial Hot Spring Ruins, the former site of the Xi'an Incident, and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the royal garden with complete English signs. In the evening, enjoy the grand live performance "The Everlasting Regret". With Lishan Mountain as the background and Jiulong Lake as the stage, this world-class Tang-style performance is visually stunning and language-free, allowing you to feel the tragic love story of Emperor Xuanzong and Yang Guifei deeply. Note that "The Everlasting Regret" is performed from April to October; in winter, it will be replaced by "Xi'an Ancient Passion".

Day 3: Shaanxi History Museum → Giant Wild Goose Pagoda → Datang Never Sleeps City

In the morning, visit the Shaanxi History Museum. PandaStudyTour will assist you with the reservation to ensure you can enter smoothly. Explore the museum's highlights, including the Hejiacun Hoard, Tang Dynasty gold and silverware, and Silk Road cultural relics; English audio guides or manual guides are available. After lunch in Xiaozhai Business District, head to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and Daci'en Temple. Climb the pagoda) to overlook the entire city, and watch the Asia's largest musical fountain in the North Square. In the afternoon and evening, immerse yourself in Datang Never Sleeps City. Rent Hanfu, interact with the "Budaoweng" performers, watch Tang-style performances, and enjoy the magnificent light show.
