Our China School Twinning Programme Service lays the foundation for sustainable educational collaboration between your school and carefully vetted Chinese partner schools. Unlike short-term student travel programmes, this service focuses on long-term educational linkage: we manage school screening and matching, facilitate communication between leadership teams, support MOU drafting and signing, organise pre-twinning online buddy sessions, virtual teacher workshops and cross-curriculum joint projects. We remain your bilingual coordinator throughout the academic year to keep the partnership active, whether you plan online exchanges only, or future in-person student exchange tours.

Included services: Chinese school screening and matching, introduction between school leaders, bilingual communication coordination, MOU template and signing support, planning of online buddy meetings, virtual teacher sharing sessions and annual partnership activity planning. Not included: in-person student exchange tour costs, domestic transport, accommodation, tickets and homestay fees — these are separate under our China Sister School Exchange Tours.
Yes. You may specify your preferred city, student age range, curriculum interests (STEM, arts, heritage, environmental science, Mandarin learning), school size and educational philosophy. We then shortlist suitable verified Chinese schools, share their profiles and help you select the best match before formal twinning.
Normally 4–8 weeks. The timeline depends on response speed from both school leadership teams. It includes school matching, initial online meeting, discussion of collaboration goals, MOU review and formal signing. We can accelerate the process if your school has a fixed academic timeline.
Absolutely. We provide ongoing year-round coordination. We help schedule regular online buddy calls, student joint projects, teacher demo lesson sharing, and support planning for reciprocal visits or in-person exchange tours when both schools are ready. We act as a permanent bilingual liaison.
