This 7-day summer leisure group tour brings international travelers to Yunnan, known as China's summer plateau refuge with mild cool weather even in July and August. The journey connects Kunming, Dali and Lijiang. Groups will enjoy vast lake scenery, ancient stone towns, mountain views and authentic minority culture of Bai and Naxi people. Day 1: Arrive Kunming airport. Private coach and English guide welcome your group and transfer to hotel for check-in. In the afternoon visit Kunming Flower Market, explore countless summer flowers and local fresh produce. Welcome dinner features Yunnan wild mushroom hot pot. Overnight Kunming.
Day 2: High-speed train Kunming to Dali (approx 2 hours). Check in lakeside hotel near Erhai Lake. Rent bikes and cycle along Erhai lakeside road. Stop frequently to photograph the wide blue lake surrounded by green hills. Watch sunset over Erhai Lake. Overnight Dali.
Day 3: Dali full day sightseeing. Morning wander Dali Ancient Town, stone streets, Bai-style courtyard houses, handicraft shops and quiet teahouses. Visit Chongsheng Three Pagodas, the ancient Buddhist landmark. Afterwards drive to nearby Bai minority villages, watch local artisans make silver ornaments and tie-dye cloth. Taste Bai ethnic snacks. Overnight Dali.
Day 4: Private coach transfer Dali to Lijiang (2.5 hours). Check in hotel close to Lijiang Old Town. After lunch enter UNESCO listed Lijiang Old Town. Walk winding stone alleys, cross small stone bridges over streams and listen to local Naxi folk music in small workshops. Overnight Lijiang.
Day 5: Lijiang sightseeing. Morning go to Black Dragon Pool Park, enjoy classic view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain reflected in pool water. Travel to Shuhe Ancient Town, quieter and less crowded than Lijiang Old Town. Visit old Naxi courtyard houses and handicraft studios. Overnight Lijiang.
Day 6: Leisure morning in Lijiang Old Town for souvenir shopping. Check out hotel and take high-speed train back to Kunming. Check into Kunming hotel. Dinner serves famous cross-bridge rice noodles. Overnight Kunming.
Day 7: Free morning for relaxation or last shopping. Private transfer to Kunming Changshui Airport for departure. Tour concludes.
