City: Beijing
Our Beijing Great Wall Hiking Experience brings one of the world's greatest man-made wonders to life as an outdoor classroom for your student delegation. PandaStudyTour helps you select the most suitable section of the Great Wall, such as Mutianyu or Badaling, based on your students' age range, physical fitness and learning objectives. A knowledgeable English-speaking guide leads your hike, sharing vivid stories about the Great Wall's construction, ancient military defence systems, engineering innovations and historical changes across dynasties. While walking along the ancient stone ramparts, students enjoy sweeping mountain views and complete guided learning tasks designed for study tours, such as observation worksheets or group discussion assignments. We provide safety briefings before departure and assign on-site group support staff to look after students during the whole hiking activity.
PandaStudyTour can fully incorporate this Great Wall hiking experience into your China study tour, Beijing school exchange or Mandarin summer camp. We arrange all entrance tickets, comfortable coach transfers, and can pair the Great Wall visit with other nearby cultural activities to build a smooth daily itinerary. We design flexible hiking routes: gentle short-distance trails for younger primary students, and longer, more challenging hiking paths for teenagers and university groups. This iconic heritage adventure remains one of the most requested highlights for foreign student groups travelling to China, combining outdoor adventure, history education and breathtaking scenery in one unforgettable activity.
