Itinerary:

Day 1 Arrive in Lhasa • Altitude Acclimatization

Upon arrival at Lhasa Gonggar Airport, your PandaStudyTour driver will meet you and transfer you to your hotel in downtown Lhasa. The day is dedicated to gentle rest and altitude adaptation, with no strenuous activities.

Day 2 Lhasa → Nagqu → Biru County

Drive along the spectacular Nyainqentanglha Mountains and cross the vast grasslands of northern Xizang(Tibet). Encounter nomadic tribes and authentic plateau scenery along the way. Arrive in Biru County in the evening.

Day 3 Biru County → Sapu Holy Mountain (Core Highlights)

Explore the legendary Sapu Sacred Mountain, famous for its unique pyramid-shaped snow peaks, glacial lakes and stunning reflections. Enjoy close-up views of glaciers, easy lakeside hiking, and a visit to a local Tibetan family.

Day 4 Sapu → Three-Color Lake → Banbar County

Visit the extraordinary Three-Colored Lakes, a rare natural landscape with black, white and yellow lakes in one area. Admire the combination of lakes, forests, canyons and ancient glaciers before heading to Banbar County.

Day 5 Banbar → Lhorong → Lhasa (or Nagqu)

Day 6 Lhasa • Departure
