The Tang Dynasty represents the peak of ancient Chinese art, aesthetics and open culture. This 5-day high-quality aesthetic camp is designed for artistic international teenagers, focusing on Tang Dynasty costume, makeup, poetry, painting and traditional aesthetics. Different from conventional sightseeing tours, this program integrates aesthetic appreciation, hands-on creation and cultural perception. Students will experience authentic Tang Dynasty costume and makeup, learn traditional Chinese painting and calligraphy skills, appreciate classic Tang poetry culture, and take aesthetic-themed Mandarin courses. Itinerary:

Day 1｜Camp Arrival & Orientation: Step into Tang‑Style Aesthetics

• Morning：Student arrival & check‑in. Camp staff greet students, complete registration, distribute art‑kit supplies and camp handbook. Safety briefing, introduction of campus facilities, daily schedule and camp rules. Ice‑breaker group activity for international teenagers to get acquainted with peers.
• Afternoon：Aesthetic‑themed Mandarin foundational session. Focus on basic vocabulary related to Tang art, costume, colours and poetry, adapted for different Chinese proficiency levels. Short lecture: Overview of Tang Dynasty history, social ethos and the inclusive, open‑minded Tang aesthetic spirit.
• Evening：Welcome dinner with Tang‑style themed dishes. Casual group sharing session; students briefly introduce their favourite art styles and personal expectations for this camp. Free time for rest. Overnight at camp accommodation.

Day 2｜Basic Training: Tang Art Fundamentals & Intro to Painting‑Calligraphy

• Morning：Themed Mandarin review. Illustrated lecture on Tang visual aesthetics: representative mural styles, colour preferences, decorative patterns and typical Tang‑dynasty artistic motifs. Instructors show reproductions of Tang tomb murals and museum artefact photos for visual appreciation.
• Afternoon：Hands‑on introductory training of Chinese painting and calligraphy. Professional art teachers demonstrate brush holding, ink control, basic line‑drawing techniques. Students practise fundamental strokes, simple flower‑and‑plant sketching and basic character writing with provided rice paper, ink, brushes and pigments. Teachers offer one‑on‑one guidance.
• Evening：Mini appreciation session of classic Tang poetry. Listen to recitations and translated excerpts of famous Tang poems, linking poetry imagery with Tang painting aesthetics. Light group discussion. Overnight at camp accommodation.

Day 3｜Immersive Tang Costume‑Makeup Experience & Art Creation

• Morning：Themed Mandarin class centred on Tang clothing and beauty culture. Lecture on Tang Dynasty garment evolution, silhouette features, hairstyles and traditional cosmetic techniques.
• Mid‑day：Authentic immersive Tang Dynasty costume dressing & traditional makeup experience. Professional stylists assist each student to put on restored Tang‑style hanfu, complete period‑correct hairstyling and traditional makeup. Guided photo session in Tang‑themed scenic spots/garden settings.
• Afternoon：Creative workshop. Students draw inspiration from their costume‑makeup experience to start drafting their own calligraphy‑and‑painting art pieces. Teachers guide composition, colour matching and creative expression; works can integrate Tang figure, flower or poetry‑inspired themes.
• Evening：Scenario‑based Tang poetry sharing activity. In the atmosphere of Tang‑style settings, students read and discuss Tang verses about beauty, nature and life. Group exchange of their draft artwork ideas. Overnight at camp accommodation.

Day 4｜Deep‑Dive Creation & Cultural Exchange

• Morning：Continued in‑depth creation of personal artworks. Students refine and finalise their calligraphy and painting pieces started on Day3. Instructors provide targeted feedback on technique and creative conception. Students may choose to paint Tang‑style figures, landscape, flowers‑and‑birds or copy selected Tang poem calligraphy.
• Afternoon：Cultural sharing workshop. Students present work‑in‑progress to peers, talk about their creative thoughts. Multilingual tutors give context about how Tang art influenced later Chinese aesthetics. Prepare labels and short introductions for each piece for the coming exhibition day.
• Evening：Camp cultural night. Relaxed group activity; students may wear their Tang costume again for casual garden‑side gathering. Overnight at camp accommodation.

Day 5｜Artwork Exhibition, Closing Ceremony & Departure

• Morning：Exclusive camp achievement exhibition. All finished student calligraphy‑painting artworks are formally displayed. Students walk around the gallery‑style exhibition space, view each other's creations and share their camp take‑aways. Tutors give overall comments on the whole camp's artistic outputs.
• Mid‑day：Official closing & certificate awarding ceremony. Brief camp summary speech. Every participant receives an official PandaStudyTour completion certificate. Group camp photos. Closing lunch.
