Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (BUAA) was founded in 1952 through the merger of the aviation departments of eight institutions, including Tsinghua University, Nanyang University, Xiamen University, and Sichuan University. It was the first institution of higher learning in the field of aeronautics and astronautics in the People's Republic of China and is currently under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Located in Beijing, the university comprises the Xueyuan Road Campus and the Shahe Campus. Since its founding, Beihang University has consistently been a key national institution of higher education. It was among the first 16 key universities designated nationwide and one of the first 22 universities to establish a graduate school following the restoration of the degree system in the 1980s. It was among the first institutions included in the "Project 211" and joined the "Project 985" in 2001. In 2013, it was selected as one of the first National Collaborative Innovation Centers under the "2011 Plan", and in 2017, it was included in the national "Double First-Class" initiative. The university's 16th Party Congress set forth the long-term development goal of building a world-class university rooted in China.

Have lunch at No.6 campus canteen to experience authentic student dining atmosphere. Participants keep the dining area clean after meals.
Step4: Aerospace‑themed Interactive Classroom
Join interactive classroom activities. Learn basic aviation‑aerospace knowledge through demonstrations and thematic sharing.
Step5: Visit the Historic Main Teaching Building
Tour the old main building, the iconic landmark of Beihang. Understand the university's early‑stage construction and scientific‑research history.
Step6: Free Exchange with Beihang Lecturers
Hold Q&A session with university lecturers. International students can ask questions about majors, study and China's aerospace industry.
Step7: Assemble & Departure
Gather all participants, have restroom break and board the coach to finish the one‑day study tour.
