The origins of Nanjing Agricultural University can be traced back to the Department of Agricultural Natural History at the Sanjiang Normal School in 1902 and the Department of Agriculture at Jinling University in 1914. In 1952, during the nationwide reorganization of university departments, the former College of Agriculture of Nanjing University, the College of Agriculture of Jinling University, and the College of Agriculture of Zhejiang University merged, along with some of their departments, to form Nanjing Agricultural College. In 1972, the institution relocated to Yangzhou and merged with Northern Jiangsu Agricultural College to form Jiangsu Agricultural College. In 1979, it returned to Nanjing and resumed the name Nanjing Agricultural College. In 1984, it was renamed Nanjing Agricultural University, and in 2000, it was transferred in its entirety from the Ministry of Agriculture to the Ministry of Education. It is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, listed among the universities for the construction of world-class disciplines, the "211 Project", and the "985 Project" Innovation Platform for Disciplinary Strengths. It has been selected for the Innovation Capacity Enhancement Program for Higher Education Institutions, the Disciplinary Innovation and Talent Introduction Program for Higher Education Institutions, the Excellence Program for the Education and Training of Agricultural and Forestry Talents, the National Program for Dispatching Graduate Students to Study Abroad for the Construction of High-Level Universities, a host institution for the Chinese Government Scholarship Program for International Students, an Overseas Educational Assistance Base of the Ministry of Education, a National Base for Cultural Quality Education for College Students, and a National Base for the Training of Talents in Basic Scientific Research and Teaching in the Natural Sciences. It is also a member of the "Double First-Class" Agricultural Sciences Alliance, the Alliance for Sharing High-Quality Resources among High-Level Industry-Specific Universities, and the CDIO Engineering Education Alliance.

Step4: Agricultural Popular Science Lecture
Attend a professional agricultural science popular science classroom. Learn basic agricultural cultivation knowledge, take part in Q&A and inspirational sharing sessions to understand the importance of modern agriculture.
Step5: Bachelor Gown Photo Experience
Put on formal academic bachelor gowns to take group photos. Learn the cultural connotation of academic costumes, build a sense of academic honor and record exclusive campus memories as "little college students".

Have authentic student meals at NAU canteen. Experience the daily dining atmosphere of agricultural university students and take a rest after lunch.
Step7: Visit Nanjing Agricultural University Insect Museum
Enter the professional insect museum to explore the mysterious insect kingdom. Appreciate a large collection of butterfly, beetle and other precious insect specimens, and listen to professional lecturers introducing insect evolution and biodiversity knowledge.
Step8: Insect Specimen Creative Workshop & Microscope Observation
Take part in the handcraft creative class. Observe tiny insect structures such as compound eyes and wing scales under professional microscopes, then create unique insect-themed paintings with specimen materials provided by the university.
Step9: Write Insect Natural Science Notes
Sort out the knowledge learned throughout the day, draw and record insect features and related knowledge in natural notebooks to consolidate entomology learning gains.
Step10: Closing Ceremony & Departure
Wrap up the whole study tour, share learning feelings, then assemble teams and board the coach to return.
